A: Yes, we can accept OEM and ODM services. The cost will depend on the size and quantity.

A : Our factory can laser print customer' s logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
7. Q: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case of any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/video for reference. We will compensate for you and find out how to eliminate the defects ultimately.

A: Yes, we welcome your order with any quantity. But if you buy one piece, we have to ship them by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

A: We use best 5ply carton with foam and PVC bag.
10. Q: What’s your payment term?
A: Option1: T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid after received the packing list and packing photo.
Option 2: T/T 30% deposit for producing, balance paid after seeing the copy of B/L. The shipping charge need to prepay from us.

A: Normally the delivery time is within 30days after 30% deposit. However the time is based on the order quantity.
